Founded in 1995, Belvoir Group PLC stands as one of the premier franchised property groups in the UK. The company backs a network of 439 offices under six distinct brands, with a focus on residential lettings, property sales, and property-related financial services. As the Belvoir Group continued to grow, the need arose to replace its slightly outdated system. The challenge was to provide each franchise owner with the necessary freedom within a framework to thrive in the modern business landscape, while maintaining the integrity of the brand across all branches.

To meet this challenge, we developed our Precision Connects™ platform, a sophisticated digital platform, and tailored it to each brand within the Belvoir Group. This solution allows franchise owners to operate autonomously while still benefiting from centralised creative assets. The platform encompasses merchandise and stock management, ensuring the continuity of brand identity and providing the freedom for franchises to run their businesses successfully.

Seamless data-driven marketing

The Precision Connects™ platform facilitates data-driven local marketing solutions allowing franchises to edit branded templates and execute highly targeted direct mail campaigns to their local audience. These are fully personalised with the relevant brand colours and logos, and with the addition of personalised and dynamic QR codes, it enables prospective buyers/renters to embark on a digital journey through their mobile phones, with real-time tracking and lead qualification for local agents.

Furthermore, the platform offers a comprehensive range of services, including print on demand for personalised posters, business cards, flyers and more. Additionally, we provide merchandise supply, pick-pack, and distribution services, all managed from our carbon-neutral headquarters. This includes storage for all stock items, including stationery and merchandise, complemented by a streamlined pick-and-pack solution for printing needs.
