Customer Success Manager

We are looking for an approachable, hands-on, organised Customer Success Manager.

You will be responsible for onboarding all new clients and providing ongoing customer support. You will have a “can do” attitude, understand how to strategise on what we deliver, and roll up your sleeves and get involved with the deliverables too. You’ll be working with the clients consultatively, not just taking orders and pushing reports out.

This is a pivotal role within the company, and you would become part of a great team. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery team is clear on client goals and are well briefed to ensure ROI is achieved. We’re growing quickly and it’s important for us to make sure clients get the very best campaigns, consistently delivered and expectations are exceeded.

We are looking for an organised person to join our busy team supporting with the customer service of new and existing clients within our busy office in Bury St Edmunds.

You will be reporting to the Senior Account Management team contributing to the delivery of data, print and distribution to meet out clients’ requirements.
